A. Confirmation

The required duration, number of translators and unit price shall be finalized under the confirmation of customer; moreover, sign up a translation based agreement and a confidentiality agreement by and between the two parties.

B. Analysis

An overall analysis across the document shall be planned to understand the main purpose, as well as to locate the professional difficulties, emphasis to seek more precise translation result.

C. Assignment

Set up a special translation team in accordance with the content, a program manager shall be responsible to co-ordinate and supervise the translation process, in the meantime, arrange the work schedule.

D. Translation

The translation shall be taken under the supervision of program manager, who shall be also in charge of keeping in touch with the customer.

E. Examination

Twice examinations shall be made in correction and proofreading in the overall process. The first shall be oriented in professional field, consistency and accuracy of technical terms, while the second shall be stressed on the understanding, expressions, coherent writing, and cultural localization.

F. Typesetting

All ready-made figures and tables shall be located in the files accordingly with an overall makeup to meet the requirement of customer.

G. Delivery

The finished document may be delivered to the customer door-to-door within Beijing area on request; in addition, the related files shall be under proper disposal as regulated in the confidentiality agreement.

H. After-service

We shall be responsible for any revision needed upon request.
