一、项目主要内容:
本项目开发的“纳米微粒增强复合镀技术”是采用纳米—微粒混合粉末Al2O3、SiC、Si3N4及石墨作为第二相颗粒,镍为基质金属,在铜基体上形成结晶致密,结合力好的电沉积复合镀层。采用此技术处理的炼钢结晶器表面具有超硬(耐磨)和减磨(自润滑)的特点。本项目的实施可以显著提高钢铁企业的生产效率,提高钢材质量、降低生产成本,同时还可避免了因镀铬所带来的环境污染,具有巨大的社会经济效益。
二、本项目技术水平达国内领先,国际先进水平。
结晶器纳米复合镀项目是一项完全创新的项目,属国内外首创。
1、技术创新:
(1)与所镀合金层热相容和机械相容的超硬纳米尺寸材料和减磨纳米尺寸材料的制造技术。
(2)非金属和非导体高比重超硬纳米微粒和厌水性减磨纳米微粒在水质电解液中带入镀层数量,均匀分
布的控制技术。
(3)电镀浆料的均匀分散、悬浮技术。采用上述创新技术和工艺条件进行电沉积,所获得复合镀层的显
微硬度值和耐磨损性能,均高于电镀镍铬层一倍以上。这意味着本项目开发的新型结晶器其使用寿命比较目前普遍使用的结晶器提高1倍以上。
2、工艺创新:
精确可控带入非金属,非导体, 高比重,厌水性纳米微粒最佳数量比率和分布的复合镀工艺。
3、专利名称:
一种提高金属表面耐高温和耐磨损的电沉积复合镀方法。
本项目采用了超硬(耐磨)和减磨(自润滑)纳米尺寸微粒增强、增润结晶器与钢接触的内表面,既不(很少)影响导热性(因为导热性低的增强、增润材料,以纳米尺寸均匀分布在镀层中,热流从其四周流过)又可大大提高耐磨性(超硬微粒抵御钢坯磨损,减磨微粒发生自润滑而减少磨损)。这种结晶器强化技术很好地解决了提高结晶器使用寿命的世界性难题,将带来一场结晶器技术飞跃,也标志着我国结晶器强化技术达到国际先进水平。与此同时,纳米复合镀技术还有极大的推广使用价值。为使用纳米材料提高物体表面性能拓展一个新的空间。
三、采用本项目研究开发的生产的新型结晶器,与目前普遍使用的结晶器相比具有以下势:
⒈显著提高结晶器使用寿命通过采用“纳米微粒增强复合镀技术”使结晶器使用寿命至少提高一倍,带来一次结晶器的技术飞跃,可以节省宝贵的铜合金,降低成本。
⒉提高钢材产量和表面质量采用本项目技术后,结晶器电镀拉坯过钢量的增加,大大提高了生产效率,同时提高了钢材表面质量。
⒊降低生产成本,提高企业经济效益经过计算,年产量为1000万吨钢的企业,采用“纳米微粒增强复合镀技术”生产的新型结晶器后,企业年生产成本可以降低1亿元,同时还可避免因镀铬所带来的环境污染。
因此本项目的实施在给企业创造巨大的经济效益的同时,还具有良好的社会效益。
目前我们根据已取得的实验结果和检测结果正在进行新型结晶器样品的试制,待试制成功后转入小批量生产。

1. General of the Project

The technology of “Using Nanometer to Give Intense to the Compound Coat” as developed by this project means: the selection of the mixed powder of nanometer and fine particles such as Al2O3、SiC、Si3N4 and graphite as grain of Phase 2, and nickel as base metal shall realize the formation of the electro deposited compound coat of dense crystal and strong binding power on copper matrix. The surface of the steel-making crystallizer is characterized by super hard (abrasion resistance) and antifriction (self-lubricating) etc. The implementation of the project shall increase the production efficiency for the steel enterprise, improving the steel quality, reducing the production cost, avoiding the environment pollution brought by the chrome plating and ensuring great social economic benefit.

2. Our Project ---- Leading the Domestic Technology, and Reaching the International Level

The project known as the “Nanometer Compound Coat for the Crystallizer” is a fine new project not only in China, but also in abroad.

2.1. Innovation of Technology:

2.1.1 Manufacturing technology of super hard Nanometer dimensioned material and antifriction nanometer dimensioned material by thermal melting and mechanical melting them with the alloy coat subject to electro plating.

2.1.2 Control technology of the quantity and distribution for the super hard nanometer and hydrophobe antifriction nanometer of high gravity for the nonmetal and nonconductor which are brought into the electro-plated coat inside the water-electrolyte solution.

2.1.3 Evenly Dispersing & Suspending Technology of Electroplating Size: By adopting the above mentioned innovation technology and process for electro deposition, we can get the micro hardness value and antifriction performance for the compound coat more than one times that for the electroplated nickel-chromium coat, which means the service life of the new type crystallizer as developed by our project will be more than one times that for the common used crystallizer.

2.2. Innovation in Process:

The Compound Coat Process for the Optimum Quantity Ratio and Distribution of the Hydrophobe Nanometer of High Gravity which shall be Brought into the Nonmetal and Nonconductor Accurately and Controllably
2.3 Name of Patent:

An Electro Deposition & Compound Coating Method by which the Performance of High Temperature Resistance and Anti-friction for the Metal Surface shall be Guaranteed

By adopting the super hard (abrasion proof) and anti-friction (self-lubricating) dimensioned nanometer, the internal surface between the crystallizer and steel shall be of better performance and well lubricated, neither (seldom) affecting the thermal conductivity (because the reinforcing and lubricating material of low thermal conductivity is evenly distributed within the coat by matching the nanometer dimension with the thermal current flowing around), nor affecting (but greatly increasing) the abrasion resistance (the super hard nanometer shall resist the abrasion caused by the steel with the antifriction nanometer being able to self-lube to reduce the abrasion). This kind of crystallizer intense technology has solved the global problem of: “How to prolong the service life of the crystallizer?”, making progress in the technology of crystallizer, symbolizing that the crystallizer intense technology of our country has reached the international level (standard), realizing the application value of the nanometer compound coat at the same time, and perfecting the surface performance of the articles by utilizing the nanometer material.

3. Compared with Current Crystallizer as Used in Popular, New Type Crystallizer Developed and Produced by This Project Shows the Following Advantages:

3.1. Prolonging the Service Life of the Crystallizer: By adopting the technology of “Using Nanometer to Give Intense to the Compound Coat”, the service life of the crystallizer shall be prolonged to at least one time that for before, which makes another progress in technology for the crystallizer and saves the precious copper alloy and cost.

3.2. Increasing the Output of the Steel and the Surface Quality as well: Upon employing the technology for the project, the output of the steel as disposed by the electro-plated throw is increased, which greatly enhance the production efficiency and improve the surface quality of the steel at the same time.

3.3. Reducing the Production Cost and Enhancing the Economic Benefit for the Enterprise: Through calculation, an enterprise which can provide the yearly output of 10 million tons steel shall realize the cost deduction of 0.1 billion RMB per year and avoid the environment pollution brought by the chrome plating by adopting the technology of “Using Nanometer to Give Intense to the Compound Coat”. Therefore, the implementation of this project shall not only create great economic benefit for the enterprise, but also bring preferred benefit to our society.

What we are doing currently is to carry out the trial production and pre-trial production of the sample for the new type crystallizer and then turn into the small batch-production successfully.
