考勤管理程序
指纹考勤系统考勤管理系统汇集有各个考勤签到点采集的考勤数据,根据员工的考勤时间表进行汇总和统计,最终生成各种考勤报表。管理程序可以维护员工的各种信息、维护员工出勤时间表考勤规则等考勤设定。
如果您是第一次使用管理系统,需要进行如下任务:
1、 下载数据
进入管理系统中的外接程序下的BioClockⅢ通讯程序,进入考勤机通讯页面,点击下载新纪录,将考勤机中存储的考勤纪录下载到计算机上的考勤数据库中。在下载纪录的同时,系统会自动将员工的ID号码和指纹传送到管理软件之中。您可以在读入的员工ID基础上修改员工资料,请不要在管理软件中的员工维护界面下单独输入员工的ID和其他资料,这样容易导致员工姓名无法与纪录相对应。
2、 系统设置
运行管理系统中考勤维护/设置菜单,先进行数据库设置,然后设置节日表、假类设置和考勤规则,再进行部门表、员工维护和管理员设置,最后进行班次时段类别维护、班次管理、倒班方案管理和员工考勤时间排定。
3、 考勤处理
完成设定之后,需要进行预处理考勤纪录,并对异常纪录进行修正,然后才进行统计生成报表。
4、登记并设置系统管理员
如果没有设置管理员,任何人都可以临时超级用户的身份进入考勤管理程序和指纹登记程序,不受限制地使用。
系统管理员首先要登记为考勤系统的一个员工,因此请首先使用主窗口上的员工维护开始登记管理员成为一个新的员工,然后单击维护/设置菜单中的管理员设置,设置该员工的口令,存盘后关闭窗口。
智能排班就是指将员工有可能上到的班次时段都排上去,系统根据员工的签到签退时间一个个进行比较,
选择最接近的作为该员工上的班次。
最少的智能排班时间:当您设定了一个时间之后,比如7小时,这时只有签到时间和签退时间相差超过7小时以上,系统才会用所列班次时段进行判断,否则不判断。如签到时间9:00、签退时间17:00,系统会进行判断;如果签退时间是15:30,系统就不会判断了。
可能用到的时段:就是该员工可能上的班次时段,单击X按钮,出现供选择的班次时段,这些班次时段就
是在班次管理中已经设置好的班次的名称列表。

Administration Program for Work Attendance
Fingerprint Attendance Administration System gathers all the work attendance information
collected from each signing-in spot of work attendance. Collections and summaries shall be
conducted based on employees’ timetable and all sorts of Work Attendance Report will be
created eventually. Administration Program can maintain all kinds of information about
employees and enactment of work attendance such as timetable of employees and attendance
rule, etc.
If it is your first time to use the Administration System, the following tasks need to be
performed:
1. Download of Data:
To enter into BioClock III communication program under exterior linking program of
administration system, then to enter into communication page layout of work attendance
machine, and to click Download New Record. To download the work attendance records stored in the work attendance machine into the database of work attendance in computer. When the
records are downloaded, ID number of fingerprint of employees shall be transmitted to the
software of administration. You can modify the information of employees on the basis of the read employees’ID. Please do not input ID & other information of employees separately
under the interface of employee maintenance of administration software, as will cause the
non-conformity between employees’ name and the records.
2. System Setup
To run Maintenance/Setup Menu of work attendance administration system; to set up database
first, then to set up Festival Sheet, Holiday and Work Attendance Rule, then to set up
Department Sheet, Employment Maintenance and Administrator. In the end, to conduct
maintenance for work shift, work duration and work sort, and to conduct shift management,
plan of work on shift as well as the arrangement of employees’ attendance time.
3. Management of Work Attendance
After setup is finished, the work attendance records need be pre-treated and the abnormal
records need to be amended; then compiling shall be done and Report will be created.
4. To register and set up System Administrator
If system administrator is not set up, anybody can enter into Administration Program of Work Attendance and Fingerprint Register Program as temporary super user identity and use it without being restricted.
The system administrator shall be registered as one of employees of Work Attendance System
firstly. So please use employee maintenance on the main Window and start registering the
administrator as a new employee firstly, then click Setup of Administrator in the
Maintenance/Setup Menu, to set up the Password of this employee and to close Window after
saving.
Intelligent Shift Arrangement means to arrange all possible shifts and time period that
employees can work; one-by-one comparison will be done by the system according to signing-in and signing-out time and the closest shall be as the shift number that employees will work.
The least time for intelligent shift arrangement: when you set up a time period, e.g. 7
hours, at this moment, only when the discrepancy between signing-in time and signing-out
time is over 7 hours, the system shall make a judgement, otherwise, the system will not do
it. For example, if the signing-in time is 9:00 and the signing-out time is 17:00, the
system will make a judgement; if the signing-out time is 15:30, the system shall not make
judgement.
Time period that can be used possibly refers to the time period of the shift when employees probably work. Click X Button, the selective time period of shift will appear. These time
periods of shift is just the Shift Name List that has been well set up in the Shift Administration.
